Setup Guide
Follow these steps to get your WhatsApp Sales Agent up and running.
1. Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have: a WhatsApp Business account registered with Meta, access to the WhatsApp Business API, and your product catalog prepared.
2. Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account
Navigate to the dashboard and click “Connect WhatsApp”. You’ll be prompted to log into your Meta Business account and authorize the B-Atmata integration. This establishes the secure connection between your WhatsApp Business API and the AI agent.
3. Configure the AI Agent
Define your sales scripts, set response templates, configure lead qualification criteria, and upload your product catalog. The AI agent uses these settings to tailor conversations to your brand voice and sales process.
4. Test the Integration
Send a test message to your WhatsApp Business number to verify the agent responds correctly. Review the conversation logs in the dashboard to ensure the agent is handling queries as expected.
5. Go Live
Once testing is complete, toggle the agent status to “Active” in the dashboard. Your WhatsApp Sales Agent will begin handling customer conversations automatically.
